Load sensor adjustment (1)Apply DC24V to between the potentiometer (P)'s connector terminals (1) ~ (3) and measure the output voltage between (1) ~ (2). (2)Position the load lever (A) against the full side stopper bolt and turn the nut (B) to adjust the potentiometer (P)'s output voltage to Vf. (3)Confirm that the load lever (A) moves smoothly between full and idle and then tighten nut (C). (Tightening torque: 4.4 - 7 N.m {0.5 - 0.7 kgf.m}) (4)Hold the load lever (A) several times against the full side stopper bolt and confirm potentiometer (P)'s output voltage Vf.
