0000001901 ACCELERATOR SWITCH ADJ
Adjustment of the accelerator switch
1. Fix the accelerator switch adjusting bolt (C) so that it protrudes L1 from the locknut (D).
2. Insert a block gauge thickness L2 between the idle set screw (A) and the bracket (B), adjust the accelerator switch and set it at the point where it changes from ON to OFF.
ISC actuator installation specifications
In the idle position, fix the actuator bracket (F) so that the clearance between the control lever and the ISC lever roller (E) is L3.

0000002001 DASHPOT ADJUSTMENT
Dashpot adjustment
Insert block gauge L between idle set screw C and control lever D (so that the control lever position is a). Then, in this control lever position, adjust dashpot adjusting screw A so that it contacts the pushrod, and fix using lock nut B.
Tighten the locknut to tightening torque T.
Also confirm that the adjusting screw A - pushrod faces are smooth and that the control lever D returns to the idle position.
