Microswitch adjustment
With the control lever 'a' from the idle position (idle stopper lever clearance L), adjust the position of the microswitch and fix it in the position where it goes OFF.
After adjustment, the microswitch must not turn OFF at lever position between idle and a.
Also, the microswitch lever must not contact the stopper.

0000001901 W-CSD ADJUSTMENT
Adjustment of the W-CSD
1. Adjustment of the timer stroke
Adjust screw (A) so that the timer stroke is the value determined from the graph.
(1) Timer stroke (mm), TA = -0.0215t+0.75
2 Lever angle (deg) theta =-0.1285t+5.43
(3) Lever position (mm) L=-0.04225t+1.775
(3 shows the gap between the control lever and the idle set screw.)
2. Adjustment of the position of the intermediate lever.
Insert a shim L1 between the control lever (I) and the idle set screw (G).
Align the intermediate lever (F) with the aligning line (J) and fix screw (E) so that it contacts the control lever.
3. W-CSD adjustment
Insert a shim L1+-0.05 between the control lever (I) and the idle set screw (G).
Use adjusting screw (B) to fix the CSD lever (C) in the position where it operates the intermediate lever (F) via the rod (D).
