0000001801 MICROSWITCH ADJUSTMENT
Microswitch adjustment
Idle position adjustment
1. Hold the control lever against the idle stopper and fix.
2. Insert a shim L1 between the sub lever and the sub lever stopper.
3. Loosen the nuts on both ends of the rod.
4. Sufficiently lengthen the rod (turnbuckle) and confirm that the microswitch turns ON.
5. Shorten the rod (turnbuckle) and when the microswitch turns OFF, fix the turnbuckle using the nuts on both ends of the rod. Tighten the nuts to the specified torque T.
Full position adjustment
1. Hold the sub lever and the control lever together and fix.
2. Insert a shim L2 between the lever and the full stopper.
3. Move the plate clockwise as shown in figure 2 and confirm that the microswitch turns ON.
4. Move the plate counterclockwise and fix it where the microswitch turns OFF.
Caution: Adjusting procedure for idle injection quantity at N1
1. Adjust the idle injection quantity to Q1 at N2 using the idle stopper bolt (A).
2. Fix idle stopper bolt A using the fixing nut B.
3. Confirm injection quantity at N3.
4. Insert a shim L3 = L1 between the sub lever and the sub-lever stopper bolt (C) and adjust using the sub lever stopper bolt to obtain N1 and Q2.
5. Fix sub-lever stopper bolt (C) using the nut (D).
