Adjusting method (applied voltage Vi, dummy bolt method) 1. Hold the dummy bolt (C) against the control lever at position N = N1, Q = Q1. Fix using the lock nut. 2. At potentiometer adjustment, adjust the potentiometer so that the output voltage is V1 when the control lever contacts the dummy bolt (C). 3. Remove the dummy bolt (C) after the completion of adjustment. After completing adjustment, remove (C). Supply P1 negative pressure to actuator and move it through its full stroke. Move actuator rod position using H and I, and adjust so that control lever B and actuator rod ) contact, then fix. After adjustment, release negative pressure. 4. Apply negative pressure P1 to the actuator confirm that it moves through its full stroke. 5. After releasing the negative pressure, reconfirm that the gap between (A) and (B) is at least L2.
