0000001901 W-CSD ADJUSTMENT
Side link lever adjustment
1. At control lever (D) position 0 (deg), hold side link lever (G) against stopper (H). Turn A/T lever (F) lightly clockwise to eliminate rod (E) play. Adjust length of rod (E) so that the gap between A/T lever (F) and lever (G) is S. Then fix rod (E).
Adjustment of the W-CSD
1. Adjustment of the advance angle of the timer
Adjust using screw (A) so that the timer's advance angle is TA.
2. Adjustment of the W-FICD
Adjust using rod (I) so that control lever gap L is as calculated using formula and then fix. At this time CSD lever (B) and FICD lever (C) must be in contact. Confirm there is no play at (D), (E), (F), (G) or (I) when FICD lever is turned clockwise.
